{"id":4870,"date":"2012-07-16T21:16:56","date_gmt":"2012-07-16T13:16:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/morrisjfwong.com\/blog\/?p=4870"},"modified":"2014-06-26T21:48:49","modified_gmt":"2014-06-26T13:48:49","slug":"world-media-freedom-survey-2011-gallup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/morrisjfwong.com\/blog\/world-media-freedom-survey-2011-gallup\/","title":{"rendered":"\u3010\u8abf\u67e5\u5831\u544a\u3011 \u5168\u7403\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u53f0\u7063\u7684<strong>\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6<\/strong>\u61c9\u8a72\u7b97\u662f\u6eff\u4e0d\u932f\u7684, \u81f3\u5c11\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u53f0\u7063\u5a92\u9ad4\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531<!--more-->\u7684\u7832\u8f5f\u5404\u7a2e\u8b70\u984c, \u800c\u4e0d\u7528\u64d4\u5fc3\u906d\u5230\u5a01\u8105\u8207\u58d3\u529b. \u9019\u7a2e\u865f\u7a31\u70ba &#8220;\u7b2c\u56db\u6b0a&#8221; \u7684\u793e\u6703\u6b63\u7fa9\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981, \u6709\u6642\u5019, \u5a92\u9ad4\u5c31\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u626d\u8f49\u793e\u6703\u8da8\u52e2\u7684\u4e00\u80a1\u529b\u91cf.<br \/>\n<center><\/p>\n<div class=\"imgbox\" style=\"width: 640px\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/morrisjfwong.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/taiwan-media-freedom-2011-gallup-003a.jpg\" alt=\"taiwan media freedom survey gallup 2011\" title=\"taiwan-media-freedom-2011-gallup-003a\" width=\"640\" height=\"190\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4878\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"imginfo\">2011\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6, \u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5f97\u520686\u5206, \u4f4d\u5c45\u4e16\u754c\u768417\u540d, \u9818\u5148\u6240\u6709\u4e9e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5148\u770b\u770b\u7f8e\u570b Gallup \u516c\u53f8\u516c\u5e03<strong>2011\u5e74\u3010\u5168\u7403\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u8abf\u67e5\u5831\u544a\u3011<\/strong>, \u9019\u4efd\u5831\u544a\u516c\u5e03\u65bc\u4e09\u6708\u5e95. <strong>\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5f97\u520686\u5206\u3010\u8a3b\u3011, \u4f4d\u5c45\u4e16\u754c\u768417\u540d, \u4e9e\u6d32\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d, \u9818\u5148\u6240\u6709\u4e9e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6(\u5305\u62ec\u9999\u6e2f\/\u65e5\u672c\/\u5357\u97d3\/\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\/\u4e2d\u570b&#8230;\u7b49)<\/strong>. \u4f9d\u64da Gallup \u5831\u5c0e\u7d71\u8a08, \u5168\u7403\u7684\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6578\u662f65\u5206, \u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u8457\u53f0\u706386\u5206\u5341\u5206\u96e3\u5f97, \u56e0\u70ba\u8abf\u67e5\u65b9\u5f0f\u63a1\u7528\u8a2a\u554f\u6c11\u773e, \u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\u662f\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u5206\u6578.<br \/>\n<center><\/p>\n<div class=\"imgbox\" style=\"width: 625px\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/morrisjfwong.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/world-media-freedom-2011-gallup-002a.jpg\" alt=\"world media freedom 2011 gallup report\" title=\"world-media-freedom-2011-gallup-002a\" width=\"625\" height=\"650\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4872\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"imginfo\">Gallup\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6587\u7ae0, \u5168\u7403\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u8abf\u67e5\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6578\u5f97\u5206\u662f65\u5206.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u8a3b\u3011: 86\u5206 \u8868\u793a 86% \u7684\u6c11\u773e\u8a8d\u70ba\u7576\u570b\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u662f\u5177\u6709\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u7684.<\/p>\n<h6>\u4e9e\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u7684 \u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6 \u5f97\u5206: \u53cd\u61c9\u73fe\u5be6\u8207\u671f\u5f85<\/h6>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f, \u4e9e\u6d32\u5340\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u5f97\u5206: \u53f0\u706386\u5206(No1), \u9999\u6e2f85\u5206, \u83f2\u5f8b\u8cd374\u5206, \u5370\u5ea669\u5206, \u65e5\u672c66\u5206, \u8499\u53e465\u5206, \u3010\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u4f4d\u657865\u5206\u3011, \u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e61\u5206, \u5357\u97d359\u5206, \u4e2d\u570b58\u5206, \u65b0\u52a0\u576155\u5206.<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa, \u4e9e\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u5f97\u5206\u662f<strong>\u53cd\u61c9\u73fe\u5be6\u8207\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u671f\u5f85<\/strong>. \u5f97\u5230\u9ad8\u5206\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4f4e, \u6216\u662f\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u771f\u7684\u5f88\u9ad8. \u76f8\u53cd\u7684, \u5f97\u5230\u4f4e\u5206\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u9ad8, \u6216\u662f\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\u771f\u7684\u5f88\u4f4e. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u8209\u4f8b\u3011: \u53f0\u706386\u5206, \u5357\u97d359\u5206, \u4e2d\u570b58\u5206, \u65b0\u52a0\u576155\u5206. \u5230\u5e95\u662f\u53f0\u7063\u6c11\u773e\u6a19\u6e96\u4f4e? \u9084\u662f\u5357\u97d3\/\u4e2d\u570b\/\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6c92\u6709\u65b0\u805e\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531?<\/strong> \u76f4\u63a5\u770bGallup\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6709\u722d\u8b70. \u9019\u6a23\u8aaa\u4f86\u9019\u500b\u5831\u544a\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u592a\u6e96? \u5176\u5be6\u4e0d\u7136. \u6211\u5efa\u8b70\u63a1\u7528\u4e0b\u9762\u4e00\u500b\u601d\u8003\u65b9\u6cd5. <\/p>\n<h6>\u9b54\u65c5\u58eb\u7684\u601d\u8003\u65b9\u6cd5: \u6bd4\u8f03\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531 &#038; \u7d93\u6fdf\u653f\u6cbb\u81ea\u7531<\/h6>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u4e16\u754c\u5148\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u534a, \u4e00\u534a\u5c6c\u65bc\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5340, \u53e6\u4e00\u534a\u5c6c\u65bc\u4f4e\u5ea6\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u5340, \u6a19\u6e96\u5c31\u63a1\u752865\u5206\u4f86\u505a\u70ba\u5206\u91ce. \u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65, \u518d\u89c0\u5bdf\u5404\u570b\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u653f\u6cbb\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6.<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d\u64da\u9019\u7a2e\u5206\u985e, \u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u570b\u5bb6\u5206\u70ba\u56db\u7a2e\u985e :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"bqtitle\">\u4f9d\u64da\u5a92\u9ad4\/\u7d93\u6fdf\/\u653f\u6cbb\u81ea\u7531\u5206\u985e\u7684\u56db\u7a2e\u570b\u5bb6:<\/div>\n<p>(A-\u985e) \u9ad8\u5ea6\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531, \u9ad8\u5ea6\u7d93\u6fdf\u653f\u6cbb\u81ea\u7531. B\u8207C\u985e\u61c9\u8a72\u5c6c\u65bc\u5947\u602a\u7684\u4e0d\u5c0d\u7a31\u570b\u5bb6, \u6211\u5011\u5be6\u5728\u60f3\u4e0d\u51fa\u51fa\u4f86\u600e\u9ebc\u6703\u5b58\u5728\u9019\u7a2e\u570b\u5bb6. \u800cD\u985e\u570b\u5bb6\u4e5f\u662f\u4e0d\u5c11, \u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u9019\u8868\u793a\u8457\u5a92\u9ad4\u81ea\u7531\u8207\u7d93\u6fdf\u653f\u6cbb\u81ea\u7531\u606f\u606f(\u9ad8\u5ea6)\u76f8\u95dc. \u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u539f\u6587\u806f\u7d50,
